I love to learn & share what I know.

I work hard, play soft & live fully - mostly in Portugal, Spain & Ireland; often elsewhere (off & online). I’m (usually) happy to travel wherever there is enough enthusiasm for my work

I train & collaborate with many organisations & modalities, including as a certified trainer with the Centre for Nonviolent Communication.

I want to make a difference – to keep taking steps towards a world that works for all.
