Hi, I’m Donal

After spending the 2nd half of my life travelling the world, I'm gradually settling down in South Portugal - still working hard, playing when I can, and living life as fully as my body allows; mostly around the wild western parts of Europe & often elsewhere.

I love to learn & share what I know; to support people in ways that last; especially skills in communication, collaboration, leadership, conflict transformation, as well as personal & relational healing.

I do this as a friend, a coach, a consultant, a facilitator, and a trainer, certified by the Centre for Nonviolent Communication (CNVC).

I keep doing my best to make a positive impact – to take steps towards a world that works for all.
